Aguas Vivas comes to TEN FE School April 12, 2021, after being postponed by COVID

Last March, the TEN FE School was scheduled to have a water treatment centered put in at the school…it was two years in the making and a week before the Aguas Vivas team was supposed to come to Santiago, the world went on shut down. We are very pleased that this water purification system will be installed next week! This will make a huge difference for the school and the students!

Projects

Agua Viva means “Living Water” in English. Our water purification systems and our health and hygiene education programs are the heart of our efforts.  Agua Viva has installed 8 systems in Guatemala and 7  systems in Ecuador. We have 2 systems operating in Honduras, 1 in Tanzania, and have plans to install pure water in Cuba in the near future.  The hardware for each system costs approximately $7,500 USD and the design provides for a very efficient, low-maintenance, and low-operating cost installation for the communities we serve.

If you feel led to serve by volunteering or through your financial or prayerful gifts, we appreciate you more than you can ever imagine! Removing the weight of the financial burden for these trips allows us to focus on the quality of our program. It also allows us to focus on preparations so that we can make these trips more fun and meaningful to our host communities and volunteers.
